Health & Sports Physiotherapy Ltd have an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at our office headquarters - based in Llanishen, Cardiff.
This is a key role within the team, providing administrative support to our Practice Manager, covering reception duties and general administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will need to be customer focused, efficient, highly organised and adept at multi-tasking with excellent communication skills. Previous administrative experience, ideally gained in a customer services environment is desirable. Computer literacy is essential.
This part-time role is primarily evening and weekend work, including holiday cover as required. Total weekly hours will amount to approximately 10hrs / week.
