Annie graduated from the University of the West of England in 2010, with a BSc Honours degree in Physiotherapy. She has over 12 years’ experience working in South Wales for the NHS. Throughout this time Annie has developed a broad range of clinical experience in a variety of fields including trauma and orthopaedics, care of the elderly, respiratory physiotherapy and more recently with patients recovering from long-Covid.
In the last 5 years, Annie has specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and is devoted to providing individualised treatment and management plans based on the current evidence.
Annie enjoys treating a wide variety of ailments, including sports injuries, spinal pain, joint pain, post-operative rehabilitation and pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain. Annie balances work around family life and her love of running.
She is passionate about helping individuals’ return to exercise following injury, pregnancy and post-operatively.
