Meet our Sports Massage Team
Adam graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2013, with an OCR Diploma in Sports Massage. Adam is full a member of The Association for Soft Tissue Therapists.
Adam has provided sports massage to a number of elite international rugby teams including New Zealand, Italy and Samoa. He also provided sports massage support to the Great Britain squad, during the London 2012 Paralympics. Adam continues to work at our Cardiff clinic whilst studying to become a Chareterd Physiotherapist at Bristol University.
Emma joined the Health & Sports Physiotherapy team in 2014, having successfully completed a 1st Class BSc Honors degree in Sports Therapy at UWE Hartpury in 2013.
Emma is currently working towards her Level 5 in Sports Massage. Before joining our Cardiff clinic, Emma previously worked alongside National 1 rugby union team Hartpury RFC to promote enhanced performance and recovery. Emma is also due to start her undergraduate studies at Cardiff University later in 2017, to become a Chartered Physiotherapist.

Gregg successfully achieved his Diploma in advanced sports massage in March 2009. He is a level 3-advanced Sports Massage Therapist, who is passionate about soft tissue therapy and is continually striving to enhance his career. Practicing out of our Cardiff clinic, Gregg also works alongside large corporate companies encouraging workplace health and well-being.
