Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

The health and wellbeing of our patients and staff is our absolute priority during the current outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are taking all possible safety precautions.

Since the outbreak, we have been, and are continuing to adhere to the most up to date W.H.O advice and the protocols advised by Public Health Wales.

All of our clinicians and staff members are completely up to date on the current requirements and are undertaking extreme levels of health and safety precautions and implementing proactive procedures to ensure that the highest possible hygiene and infection control standards are maintained at all of our clinics.

Any member of staff who may have been exposed to risk, have automatically been required to self-isolate for at least 7 days.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - Should you have any sign of illness, if you've recently returned from declared red zones or if you have been in contact with any known cases of Coronavirus - Please inform us immediately and DO NOT attend the clinic.

What to do if you have symptoms of Coronavirus?

You should stay at home for 7 days if you have either:

  • a high temperature
  • a new continuous cough

If you need to stay at home follow the Public Health Wales self-isolation advice.

Most people can continue to go to work, school and other public places.

To protect yourself and other people:

  • wash your hands with soap and water often – do this for at least 20 seconds
  • always wash your hands when you get home or into work
  • use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available
  • cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze
  • put used tissues in the bin straight away and wash your hands afterwards
  • try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell
  • do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean
